INGREDIENTS 1 Navel Orange, peeled and segmented 1 Grapefruit, peeled and segmented 1/2 Avocado, sliced 2 cups Kale, chopped 1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced Handful Pecans 1 tbsp. OLiV Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp. OLiV White Grapefruit Balsamic Vinegar Salt and pepper, to taste DIRECTIONS Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl. Drizzle with OLiV Lemon EVOO & White Grapefruit Balsamic. Season to taste.
