Sesame Ginger Chicken Kabobs

Sesame ginger white balsamic chicken skewers recipe

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Soak wooden skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Assemble chicken, peppers and onions on skewers. Set aside. 
  3. Combine remaining marinade ingredients in a large dish and mix well. 
  4. Add skewers to dish with marinade ingredients. Toss until well coated. 
  5. Let skewers sit in marinade for at least 1 hour.
  6. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high heat. 
  7. Cook kabobs for 5-7 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Enjoy!
