Peppermint Chocolate Guinness Float
INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 scoops Ice Cream of your choice (we used Chocolate)
- 0.5 to 1 oz. OLiV Peppermint White Balsamic (depending how sweet you would like it)
- 1 can of Guinness
DIRECTIONS

Add 2-3 scoops of Ice Cream to a tall glass.
- Drizzle in Peppermint Balsamic.
- Slowly top with Guinness.
- Stir and enjoy!
