Peppermint Chocolate Guinness Float

Guinness Chocolate Peppermint Float St. Patricks Day OLiV Tasting Room

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 scoops Ice Cream of your choice (we used Chocolate)
  • 0.5 to 1 oz. OLiV Peppermint White Balsamic (depending how sweet you would like it)
  • 1 can of Guinness 

DIRECTIONS

    1. Add 2-3 scoops of Ice Cream to a tall glass.
    2. Drizzle in Peppermint Balsamic.
    3. Slowly top with Guinness.
    4. Stir and enjoy!
