Mandarin Honey Ginger Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce
- 2 cups Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Carrots, shredded
- 1/3 cup Green Onions, diced
- 1/2 cup jarred Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 1 instant ramen packet, crushed (flavour packet discarded)
- 1/4 cup Almonds, sliced

Drizzle of OLiV Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Drizzle of OLiV Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 Lime, juiced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tbsp Soy Sauce (to replace salt)
