Mandarin Honey Ginger Salad

Mandarin Honey Ginger Balsamic Salad


  • 3 cups Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce
  • 2 cups Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 1/3 cup Green Onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup jarred Mandarin Oranges, drained
  • 1 instant ramen packet, crushed (flavour packet discarded)
  • 1/4 cup Almonds, sliced
  • Drizzle of OLiV Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Drizzle of OLiV Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar 
  • 1/2 Lime, juiced
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tbsp Soy Sauce (to replace salt)


  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl & toss until well coated.
