INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 lb. Flank Steak 1 tsp. salt 1/4 cup OLiV Smoked Balsamic Vinegar 1 tbsp. OLiV Chipotle Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 garlic clove, minced DIRECTIONS Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Pour over the steak. Marinate in the fridge overnight. Heat the grill on high heat. Grill the steak a few minutes on each side (4 – 5) until cooked to your taste. Let it rest about 5 minutes before slicing.
