Returns
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, homeopathic remedies, personal care items, probiotics and prescriptions are NOT refundable or exchangeable. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Damages and Shortages
Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to OLiV International Inc. within 24 hours of receipt, with proof of damage. OLiV International Inc. will then either issue you credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise. OLiV International Inc. will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box.
