Premium Chocolate Peppermint Bark
This Premium Chocolate Peppermint Bark is an absolute crowd favorite with both kids and adults. Fun to make with the family, looks fantastic, with an awarding taste of a job well done! This recipe works beautifully with our White Peppermint Balsamic and Arbequino EVOO!
- 2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
- 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp. Arbequino EVOO
- 1 tbsp. White Peppermint Balsamic
- 1/2 cup Candy Canes, crushed
- Optional: Oreos, crushed
Line baking sheet with parchment or wax paper, set aside.
Place chocolate chips in separate microwave safe bowls and add a drizzle of OLiV Arbequino EVOO to each. Microwave until all the chocolate chips are melted and smooth.
Pour dollops of milk chocolate and white chocolate on parchment paper. Swirl the chocolate together with a butter knife.
- Top with OLiV Peppermint White Balsamic, crushed candy canes and Oreos.
Chill chocolate bark in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
Once bark has hardened, loosen it from the parchment paper and break apart pieces.
