Peppermint Balsamic Strawberries
These Peppermint Balsamic Strawberries are the ultimate finger food and party starter. Experience enhanced health properties and a burst of joyful flavour. - 2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 tablespoon White Peppermint Balsamic
- 3-5 turns cracked black pepper
Rinse and chop strawberries into slices and transfer them into a large mixing bowl.
Pour White Balsamic over the berries and stir. Add in a few turns of cracked pepper and stir again.
Spoon into four dessert dishes and garnish with mint (optional)
Serve immediately. This will not keep in the fridge.
